Free Reverse Mortgage Seminar
RTG Consultants is proud to offer a free educational reverse mortgage seminar to churches, groups, and senior citizen centers. This seminar will be an educational format providing your seniors information, benefits, and procedures regarding reverse mortgages.
The free reverse mortgage seminar that we offer is educational and informational; this is not a sales pitch. If guests at the seminar are interested in pursuing a reverse mortgage, we will be able to assist them. We can cover the topics that you request, but we also like to cover the main aspects of a reverse mortgage. Including the different types of reverse mortgages (, FHA, Fannie Mae, Financial Freedom), how a reverse mortgage loan is originated, the standard requirements, and of course advantages and disadvantages.
We will accommodate any size group or organization and will bring informational packets and pamphlets for the guests. HUD, Fannie Mae, and the AARP provide these information packets. They cover the reverse mortgage regulations, background information, and frequently asked questions.
RTG Consultants is fully staffed with Reverse Mortgage Specialists. A HUD approved reverse mortgage lender backs our firm. We are a branch office for First Mariner Bank and our loan officers are skilled in providing updated, relevant, and accurate information during the seminars.
