Your recent article on Internet medications can certainly help those with computers who are willing to test the waters with "overseas" sources. Canadian Internet sources may not be 100 percent reliable, and Israeli sources may be no better.
I am sure you are aware that the sources for drugs from overseas are not necessarily legitimate or secure, and that is but one reason why the consumer must be wary.
I think you should again point out the various discount program sources for prescription meds that are available to all persons here in the United States (not just Jews -- see your page 2A "More Jews turning to Israel for drugs" banner; Jews aren't the only ones who need to save on meds).
TogetherRx is one program and is available through most pharmacies just for the asking and doesn't rely on the Internet. Not every senior is computer-literate. For those with computer access, Google can find plenty of programs here in the U.S. that can match up a person's needs with a reliable major manufacturer source for their prescription meds that meet criteria with regard to family income, etc.
One very important aspect that you (and others) overlook is that today's meds are far from simple. When pharmacy/med data is captured, pharmacist review is possible and interactions spotted and communicated to providers/patients. Outside the system, cash payers are on their own and trust me, it's dangerous out there. I see it every day!
